By accessing or using any of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use (Terms of Use). Please read these Terms of Use carefully as well as SIR’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must immediately terminate use of the SIR website. These Terms of Use will take effect at the time you begin using the SIR website. SIR reserves the right, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason to deny you access to the SIR website or any portion thereof, and to terminate these Terms of Use. The internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern these Terms of Use, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
